You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability and a focus on continuous enhancement of software to support evolving organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system reliability. - Document development processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS). - Strong experience in designing and implementing custom solutions within enterprise planning and budgeting environments. - Ability to work with modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within Oracle EPBCS. - Competence in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of planning and budgeting applications.
