The role includes coding and testing multiple components of application software, ensuring that each element functions seamlessly within the overall system. Additionally, the position requires ongoing maintenance and enhancement of existing applications to improve performance and address any issues. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is a continuous part of the workday, fostering an environment of shared knowledge and problem-solving to deliver high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables. - Document technical specifications and maintain clear records of development activities. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices. - Experience in coding, testing, and debugging software components. - Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools. - Good communication skills to effectively participate in team discussions and document work.
