The role requires working closely with teams to apply modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, ensuring that the solutions delivered are scalable, efficient, and aligned with the unique requirements of the business. This position demands continuous collaboration and adaptation to evolving project needs, fostering innovation and quality in software delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Maintain and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and user experience. - Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications to support knowledge sharing. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in software development tasks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps. - Experience in designing and implementing custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps platform. - Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and agile development practices. - Ability to integrate Microsoft Power Apps with other Microsoft services and third-party APIs. - Familiarity with data modeling, user interface design, and workflow automation within Power Apps environment.
