The role requires working with contemporary frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different stakeholders and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that solutions remain aligned with evolving project goals and organizational needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES. - Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize software components for performance and reliability. - Familiarity with integration of manufacturing execution systems with enterprise applications.
