Utilizing modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, the engineer focuses on delivering scalable and efficient software that supports organizational goals. The workday is dynamic, balancing coding tasks with problem-solving and iterative improvements to maintain high performance and adaptability of the software products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance functionality and performance. - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Experience with JavaScript frameworks and component-based architecture. - Strong understanding of front-end development principles and responsive design. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
