The role requires working closely with project teams to ensure that the software meets specific business requirements. The engineer actively engages in iterative development cycles, applying modern frameworks and agile methodologies to build scalable and efficient software. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand evolving needs and delivering high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals is a key part of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Continuously improve software components by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing effective solutions. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Mainframe-adjacent (VM3/VPARS helpful), container/image registry, Ansible, infrastructure automation, RDMA - Hands on experience with GoLang : Mandatory. - Strong experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Familiarity with back-end development including RESTful services and database integration. - Understanding of agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
