Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of applications that meet client needs. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, providing insights and expertise to enhance project outcomes and drive efficiency in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Design and implement application features that align with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Extend. - Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. - Experience with integration tools and techniques within the Workday ecosystem. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
