The role requires working closely with teams to apply modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, ensuring that the solutions delivered are scalable, efficient, and aligned with the unique requirements of the business. This position offers the opportunity to engage in continuous problem-solving and innovation to meet evolving project demands. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Assist in documenting technical specifications and maintaining code quality standards. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM). - Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern frameworks. - Familiarity with database management and integration techniques related to enterprise data systems. - Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
