This role requires a deep understanding of how various components interact within the system to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with different stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, continuously refining and adapting applications to support evolving organizational goals. Problem-solving and innovation are key aspects, as the engineer works to optimize application performance and usability throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing. - Strong experience in application design and configuration within enterprise environments. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices. - Competence in troubleshooting and resolving application issues efficiently. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
