This role requires taking ownership of projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the required specifications. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous collaboration to deliver high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals. The engineer acts as the main liaison for application-related activities, overseeing the entire lifecycle from conception to deployment while maintaining clear communication with team members and clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Ensure timely delivery of software components while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. - Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive records of development activities. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations, Workday Financial Integration, Workday Extend. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Financial Integration, Workday Extend. - Strong understanding of integration frameworks and middleware technologies related to Workday. - Experience in designing and implementing complex integration solutions within enterprise environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently to minimize downtime. - Familiarity with application lifecycle management and version control systems.
