The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is a key part of the daily routine to align development efforts with project goals and timelines. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Maintain and update existing software components to improve performance and reliability. - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps. - Experience in designing and implementing custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps platform. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within custom software solutions. - Familiarity with integrating Microsoft Power Apps with other Microsoft services and third-party applications. - Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
