The role includes coding and testing multiple parts of the software to ensure functionality and reliability. Additionally, the position requires performing ongoing maintenance and implementing enhancements to improve system performance and user experience. Collaboration with different teams to align development efforts and meet project goals is an integral part of the daily routine, fostering a dynamic and engaging work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and resolve complex technical challenges impacting project delivery. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA DB Administration. - Experience in database performance tuning and optimization techniques related to SAP HANA environments. - Strong knowledge of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies for SAP HANA databases. - Ability to monitor and troubleshoot database issues to ensure high availability and reliability. - Familiarity with security management and user access controls within SAP HANA systems.
