This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect, along with continuous monitoring and refinement of processes to drive successful project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development workflows and project delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks. - Experience with cloud-based data engineering and analytics platforms. - Strong knowledge of distributed computing and big data processing frameworks. - Ability to design scalable and high-performance data pipelines. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing complex data workflows.
