Project Role : Custom Software Engineering Lead Project Role Description : Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery. Must have skills : Python (Programming Language) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an API Dev lead, you design and build AI-driven, agentic solutions that automate complex workflows and deliver intelligent outcomes. In this role, you will work on next-generation AI systems, including Autonomous agents, Multi-step AI workflows, LLM-powered applications, Agentic AI solutions You will collaborate with architects, data scientists, and product teams to deliver scalable, production-grade AI platforms leveraging modern Python ecosystems and cloud-native technologies. Roles & Responsibilities: -Work with generative AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and autonomous agents -Design and develop AI agents that can reason, plan, and execute multi-step tasks autonomously -Implement agent capabilities such as, Tool calling, Memory management and multi-agent collaboration -Apply software engineering best practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes -Incorporate ethical AI principles, bias mitigation strategies, and security best practices into the design and deployment of autonomous systems. -Build REST APIs and microservices for AI-driven platforms for workflow integrations with Agentic AI solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), Software Architecture & System Design-Microservices and modular architecture & Scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance design -AI & LLM Foundations- Understanding large language models (LLMs) and multimodal models, Prompt engineering and structured prompting, Hands on experience with AWS KIRO, Spec Driven Development, Knowledge of fine-tuning, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) -Agentic Orchestration- Frameworks like Lang Chain, Crew AI, Semantic Kernel, Lang graph, multi-agent coordination strategies (collaboration, delegation, planning, negotiation and Workflow orchestration (DAGs, state machines, planners) -Security & Governance- AI Safety & Risk Management, Guardrails against hallucinations, prompt injection, and data leakage, Access control and role-based agent permissions and Compliance with regulations (GDPR, SOC2, AI Act) Additional Information: -The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language) & 1 years of experience in AI product engineering -This position is based at our Bengaluru office. -A 15 years full time education is required. 15 years full time education About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
