This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands continuous alignment of software performance and scalability with organizational goals, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team to deliver impactful results. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency. - Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. - Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC). - Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable solutions. - Experience in leading software development teams through complex project lifecycles. - Ability to design and implement high-performance, maintainable code aligned with business needs. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to support multi-team collaboration. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges in a timely manner.
