Responsibilities

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Elaborating proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field.
  • Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
  • Contributing to project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months
  • Leading the defining of the Cell HSE roadmap for testing area
  • Leading the execution of the HSE roadmad for testing area
  • Constant presence in the shop to take care about daily operational aspects
  • Being proactive leading HSE continuous improvements following Process Safety model
  • Having true passion on HSE culture

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety) and at least 5 years experience on Operational activities
  • Have the ability to analyze complex issues and decompose these into a manageable set of tasks
  • Demonstrate experience of leading projects with global teams
  • Have clear thinking attitude with entrepreneur’s mindset.
  • Able to fluently speak and write in English
  • Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking initiative to lead and solve problems through collaboration
  • Have excellent communication skills, written and oral. Demonstrate ability to interact positively with both internal and external parties.
