Ingenia Communities is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the people-side of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM rollout. This is the primary focus of the role - building out and executing the end-to-end change programme across communications, training, stakeholder management, business readiness, testing and rollout. You will work closely with the programme team, business stakeholders across sales, marketing, customer service and operations, and our technical delivery partners. You will be central to ensuring impacted teams are ready and supported, the CRM is fit-for-purpose, and adoption is sustained beyond go-live. This is a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract based out of our Sydney CBD Office. Benefits Heavily discounted accommodation at Ingenia Holiday Parks Retailer discounts Novated Lease options Hybrid working options Key Responsibilities Build out the end-to-end change programme for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM rollout, aligned to programme objectives, milestones and business outcomes Define and apply a structured change framework covering impact assessment, stakeholder management, communications, training, readiness and adoption Lead change impact assessments across all affected functions and roles; maintain a clear view of who is impacted, how, and what is required to bring them along Establish change governance, cadence and reporting; provide regular updates on change progress, risks and adoption to the programme sponsor, steering committee and senior leadership Identify, assess and actively manage change risks, dependencies and issues across the programme lifecycle Map and segment stakeholders across business units, functions and community sites; tailor engagement approaches to each group Build strong, trusted relationships with business leaders, process owners, end users and the technical delivery team Coach sponsors and people leaders on their role in leading the change, equipping them to actively own and reinforce it within their teams Coordinate stakeholder involvement across discovery, design, testing (including UAT) and rollout phases — ensuring the right people are engaged at the right time Manage resistance proactively — surface concerns early, work them through with the relevant stakeholders, and feed insights back into the programme About You Proven experience running internal change for a CRM rollout or upgrade, or for an ERP, Workforce Management (WFM) or other comparable enterprise platform implementation. Demonstrated ability to build out a change programme end-to-end - strategy, communications, training, stakeholder management, readiness, adoption and reporting. Strong track record designing and delivering communications and training packages for technology-enabled change Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills, with the ability to coach sponsors and leaders and to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across a range of business areas. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical or system-led concepts into practical, user-focused language Solid Senior Business Analyst skillset - business process mapping, business process design and requirements elicitation and documentation.
