Description Accountabilities: Monitor, verify, request, and apply account payments for customer(s). Ensure all completed PO’s have been invoiced. Assist in receiving/stocking inventory placed on PO’s. Count and maintain inventory levels for specified products. Fulfill hardware orders. Ensure production of material has been completed for each project. Schedule delivery of completed material to each project. Review floor plans and selections for project. Assist Inside Sales team as needed. Communicate with Account team for all project statuses. Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations. Requirements Qualifications: High School Diploma Valid Texas Driver’s License Computer knowledge Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs Knowledge and Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills High attention to detail and accuracy Basic math skills for inventory, payments, and order verification Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and customers Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
The Customer Account Assistant is responsible for monitoring and applying account payments, ensuring invoicing of completed POs, and assisting with inventory management. Additional duties include fulfilling hardware orders, scheduling deliveries, and supporting the Inside Sales team.
