Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Customer Account Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for job requests from our account-holding clients. You’ll coordinate everything from job logging to engineer scheduling, and ensure each maintenance job is completed on time and to a high standard. This role is perfect for someone with strong organisation skills, great communication, and experience in customer or account management; especially in a fast-paced or field service environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to job requests via phone and email
  • Log new jobs into our system quickly and accurately
  • Schedule and allocate jobs to engineers
  • Track job progress and keep clients updated
  • Ensure engineers arrive on time, take photos, and provide accurate quotes
  • Monitor job completion and close jobs on the system
  • Raise and send invoices
  • Handle any complaints or client feedback
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients
  • Support monthly sales/revenue tracking and help hit team KPIs
