  • Manage assigned General Aviation accounts and ensure contractual service level expectations

are respected.

  • Manage a diversified portfolio of customers and operators owning a fleet of aircraft, utilizing a

strong cross functional skillset in order to provide best in class service delivery.

  • Responsible for overall contract management in order to drive contracts profitability.
  • Support different projects linked to the Program strategies, and drive service improvements

leading to best-in-class support.

  • Collaborate and coordinate with different departments to ensure contractual

requirements are met.

  • Act as a focal point for internal and external service providers by managing and leading the

coordination of engine maintenance events or any customer inquiries

  • Own, maintain and drive resolution of customer actions and briefing papers for assigned clients

as required.

  • Support and maintain engine event forecast.
  • Participate in or lead process improvement initiatives.
