D’Addario Europe Limited, established in 2017, manages the European sales and marketing for prestigious brands such as D’Addario Fretted, D’Addario Orchestral, D’Addario Woodwinds, Promark Drumsticks, Evans Drumheads, and Puresound Snare Wires.
Based in the Germany office, the Customer Account Manager will take responsibility for the total management of sales to a number of music retailer accounts. CAMs are expected to build relationships, manage and grow sales with each customer by following the D’Addario sales method. CAMs will be mainly office based but with a requirement to travel to meet customers, and internationally, for training and development purposes.

Responsibilities:

  • Making and receiving telephone calls
  • Managing a portfolio of customers
  • Achieving sales targets
  • Customer service
  • Compliance with the D’Addario’s Best-Practice-In-Sales method

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Native or fluent in Polish, good level of English and/or German (B2). Any additional language would be highly appreciated, like Czech, Hungarian or Slowak
  • 3 years minimum (in a sales position)
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to express oneself well, read and count
  • Enthusiasm, boldness and energy
  • Experience in music may be an additional asset
