Description Pressco Products is a leading aerospace manufacturing company that produces quality machining, stamping, fabrication, and minor assembly of aerospace components with pride and excellence. We are seeking an experienced and eager Customer Account Manager. This position will manage specific customer accounts, accepting orders, providing status updates, customer communication and more. Job Duties and Essential Functions: Communicate professionally and promptly with assigned customer groups Work in several different customer portals Accept and enter purchase orders into the ERP software Accept and enter changes to any orders Track orders and projects and provide order status to customers Maintain material and outside processing statuses for orders to plan on-time delivery for orders and communicate with the customer Provide internal communication for any revisions or changes to spec revisions, drawings, changes, etc. that are flowed down from the customer Complete and respond to on-time delivery reports as assigned from the customer Receive, respond, and follow up with Request for Quotes (RFQ’s) after working with the estimating department Occasionally assist with contract negotiations or new work projects Requirements Minimum of 3+ year(s) in a similar role, preferably in the aerospace industry (open to similar industry experience) Familiarity with customer portals is preferred (Collins Aerospace, HDI, etc.) U.S. Citizen due to ITARS requirements High level of attention to detail, critical thinking, accuracy, and sense of urgency Self-starter and independent motivation, and follow-up and follow-through on projects Project management skills Basic knowledge of sales, sales contracts, and long-term agreements (LTA’s) Basic aerospace, metal, or plastics machining knowledge Outside service/process knowledge (finish houses, heat treat, paint, etc.) Reading drawings and blueprints is a plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team oriented, and ability to deal with a wide variety of personalities and communication styles High school diploma or GED equivalent. Higher education is a plus Excellent attendance and time management - Monday through Friday, Full-time. First shift hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 PM Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with active listening. Must be fluent in English Proficient computer skills – Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365 This position is salary non-exempt with an hourly rate of pay ranging from $25.00 - $35.00, dependent on experience, and is evaluated regularly based on merit and performance. Upon completion of the probationary period benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Short and Long-Term Disability, 401(k), and voluntary supplemental insurance options.
