As we expand our AI-enabled capabilities, you will join a team where intelligent tools support better outcomes and people guide each decision with clarity and purpose. We have teams and offices across the UK, Europe, North America, and Australia. As a Customer Account Manager (CAM), your mission is to deepen partnerships within your existing customer portfolio by aligning each organization’s evolving needs with the expanding capabilities of the Prophix One™ platform. This is a quota-carrying role focused on helping customers unlock new value through strategic add-ons, new modules, and platform expansion. Every deal you lead must deliver tangible impact for the customer—and measurable growth for Prophix. What You Will Do Own a $4–6 M starting ARR book and deliver $600–800 K in new expansion ARR per quarter through value-driven sales motions. Partner with CFOs, Controllers, and Finance teams to identify opportunities that support their business priorities—whether it’s adding headcount planning, workforce analytics, or extending usage across departments. Develop and execute strategic account plans that align Prophix capabilities with customer growth, complexity, or evolving workflows. Run full-cycle sales motions for add-on opportunities > $50 K ACV: discovery, ROI/value case creation, commercial structuring, and close. Team with Customer Success Managers to drive post-sale adoption and stay aligned on customer health and expansion readiness. Leverage AI-powered sales tools like Clari, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to surface intent signals, prioritize engagement, and shorten deal cycles. Maintain disciplined pipeline management (3× quota coverage) and forecast accuracy (90 %+ by week 4); log all activity and plans in Salesforce. Act as a trusted advisor, not just a seller—ensuring every expansion is rooted in real customer value, not just feature adoption What You Will Bring If this role excites you, but you don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply. At Prophix, curiosity, adaptability, and diverse perspectives matter. Your experience may be exactly what we need. Required Qualifications A mix of experience, training, or education that helps you succeed in this role. 3–5 years of quota-carrying SaaS experience, ideally in an account management or expansion-focused sales role. Proven success in value-based selling—consistently exceeding expansion targets by solving real customer problems. Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior finance leaders (CFO, VP Finance, etc.). Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Command of the Message. High proficiency with Salesforce and modern RevTech (e.g., Clari, Gong, Outreach). A tech-forward, customer-obsessed mindset with the curiosity to learn and apply new tools (especially AI). Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills. Comfort using AI tools responsibly to support tasks such as research, drafting, or data review Ability to learn new tools and adapt as technology evolves Curiosity and openness to exploring new approaches Collaborative mindset when working with teams and technology Must be legally entitled to work in the country where this role is located Preferred Qualifications Experience with FP&A, CPM, ERP, or other finance-related software.
