Kamatics is seeking a Customer Account Manager responsible for negotiating and administering a variety of sales contracts using independent judgment and discretion. This role prepares customer quotes and orders, responds to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, and manages the information required to accurately process and fulfill customer orders. We take pride in engineering excellence, collaborative problem solving, and a culture built on innovation and customer trust.   Responsibilities: * Negotiate and administer customer contracts, including pricing, delivery schedules, and terms and conditions, in alignment with management approvals. * Prepare and manage customer quotes, proposals, and orders, including contract changes and modifications. * Respond to customer and field representative inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate when appropriate. * Maintain strong customer relationships by communicating order status, activities, and reports, and addressing inquiries or complaints. * Analyze historical data, cost substantiation, and market conditions to support pricing decisions. * Coordinate customer and field sales activities with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Contract Review teams. * Provide management with reports on pending, open, and overdue orders to support on-time delivery. * Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including process improvements, 5S initiatives, and maintaining a safe, compliant work environment.   Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related degree. Experience: * 1 year of experience in Manufacturing / Marketing / Sales / Customer Service / Customer Support environment.  * Aerospace industry environment is preferred.   Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Strong critical and analytical thinking skills with the ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and maintain a customer-focused approach. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) with the ability to learn and work effectively within Sales and ERP systems. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage time effectively and deliver consistent results. * Effective collaborator with the ability to work productively with individuals at all levels of the organization.   Physical Requirements:   * Frequent mental and visual attention for computer and administrative function tasks * Frequent sitting at a computer workstation and grasping a mouse * Occasional bending and twisting Benefits: At Kamatics, we recognize how important your career and benefits are to you and your family.
