Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships. Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communications between clients and internal teams. Understand client needs and provide proactive solutions that align with Elevare Branding’s standards of excellence. Prepare account reports and performance summaries for internal review and client presentation. Manage feedback and implement necessary adjustments to optimize service and results. Support the development of new strategies to enhance client retention and engagement. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field. Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in account management, customer relations, or client service (branding or marketing industry preferred). Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems. A professional, client-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
