Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. Manage day-to-day client communications and maintain long-term relationships. Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently. Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights. Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Assist in contract renewals, billing, and account documentation. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in customer account management or client relations.
