Responsibilities: Manage and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and account-related requests. Coordinate internally with various departments to ensure smooth delivery of products and services. Track and report client interactions, account performance, and service issues. Identify opportunities to improve client experience and streamline processes. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
