Job Description We are seeking a Customer Account Representative to join our Dallas team. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional service. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, representing Skillbridge Academy with professionalism and integrity. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts. Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account information. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and support. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
