Manage account inquiries, updates, and service requests with professionalism and accuracy. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account activities. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery. Support clients throughout the entire account lifecycle, from onboarding to follow-up assistance. Qualifications Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
