Short description
We are looking for a Customer Account Specialist with English language skills for our manufacturing partner with an international background in Budapest.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will serve as the primary contact for managing operational tasks related to orders, complaints, customs clearance procedures, and inquiries. Additionally, you will be the key liaison within the internal organization for addressing operational issues that customers may have.
Tasks
Full processing of customer orders, modifications upon customer request
Responds to requests from customers about volume, product, logistics and QA information
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher vocational education
At least 3 years’ experience in Customer Service/Order Management or Supply Chain
