Your potential is our inspiration. Where You’ll Make a Difference Receive, review, and accurately process customer orders in SAP, including order acknowledgement and confirmation to customers. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, maintaining strong working relationships with customers and Sales stakeholders. Manage end-to-end order management and export shipment activities, including coordination with freight forwarders, preparation of export documentation, and ensuring compliance with international logistics requirements, Incoterms, and trade regulations. Monitor order fulfilment and export shipment status by running open order reports daily and proactively highlighting exceptions, delays, or compliance issues to customers and management. Utilize strong product, process, customer, and international logistics knowledge to provide effective solutions and guidance throughout the order and shipment lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery. Log and manage customer complaints through the QM system, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate follow-up. Process Credits, Debits, and Return Authorizations (RAs) accurately within the Dispute Module and ensure resolution within agreed timelines. Maintain and update all customer-related master data, including shipping and export-related details, to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. Provide backup support and coverage for team members during planned or unplanned absences to ensure business continuity. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. Prior experience in customer service, order management, or sales operations, preferably in a B2B environment. Hands-on experience with SAP (order entry, reporting, master data management) is highly preferred. Good coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple internal teams and external customers. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze issues, and exercise sound judgment with customer-centric sensitivity.
