We are looking for a reliable and proactive Distribution & Customer Accounts Assistant to join our small but busy manufacturing team.
The successful candidate will be confident communicating with customers via email, comfortable with data tracking (e.g. shipping and sales stats), and happy to get involved with picking, stock checks, and quality control as part of the distribution process.

Your tasks will include:

• Responding to customer emails in a friendly and professional manner
• Compiling and updating shipping, packing, and customer statistics
• Supporting marketing promotions (e.g. sending customer offers or updates)
• Monitoring & posting on the company Instagram & Facebook pages
• Picking or quality checking orders if needed (e.g. holiday cover).
• Stock Checks
• Creating bespoke invoices for wholesale customers.
