JOB SUMMARY:

As a Customer Accounts Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth communication and providing guidance throughout the business setup process. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, offering personalized solutions, and working closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the business setup, legal, or corporate services sector.
  • Strong understanding of business setup processes, legal requirements, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to upsell and cross-sell services to meet business objectives.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Understand client business objectives and suggest the most suitable company formation packages tailored to their needs.
  • Guide clients through the entire business setup process, including document collection, government approvals, and legal compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, operations, PRO) to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Keep clients informed about progress, milestones, and the next steps throughout the setup process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and communication logs using CRM systems.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services such as visa processing, office spaces, and accounting services to enhance the client experience.
  • Address and resolve client concerns or issues with professionalism and tact, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about the latest business setup laws, regulations, and market trends to offer clients the most current advice.
  • Meet or exceed monthly client acquisition and retention targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
