QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE CUSTOMER ACQUISITION SPECIALIST POSITION

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or General Business is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, or other customer-facing roles (preferred but not required).
  • Possesses a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Ability to maintain a solution-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor are needed.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Educate and engage with prospective customers (in an in-person setting), explaining the benefits of our client’s brand and services and enrolling them in offerings tailored to their needs.
  • Provide clear insight into promotional packages and pricing options to help customers select the best value for their requirements, fostering brand loyalty.
  • Address customer objections using negotiation techniques and strategies learned through hands-on training.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong relationships that foster trust and loyalty to the client’s brand.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer accounts to ensure smooth installation and service processes.
  • Drive sales growth by generating new opportunities through customer referrals.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to track progress toward sales goals and ensure compliance with client standards and guidelines.
