As a Customer Administration Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers and sales team. Acting as a trusted point of contact, you will provide timely, accurate and proactive support, helping customers with their day-to-day enquiries while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Working closely with Relationship Managers and Sales Managers, you will build and nurture strong customer relationships, identify opportunities to support business growth, and contribute to the ongoing success of the sales portfolio.

This role is based in Subiaco and is offered on a permanent full-time basis. We are currently recruiting for two Customer Administration Representative positions, providing an exciting opportunity to join our growing team.
How you'll make an impact/ Responsibilities
- Provide administration support to various sales teams
- Prepare customer paperwork, sales documents and product information
- Process and update customer information within internal systems
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Manage shared inboxes and ensure enquiries are followed up
- Coordinate customer requests and communicate updates
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams
- Assist with order tracking, delivery updates and resolving issues
- Manage debtor accounts effectively, ensuring payments are reconciled, allocated correctly and received within agreed timeframes.
- Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets and sales documentation
- Prepare reports and provide general sales support
- Build product knowledge to confidently assist customers and colleagues
- Help maintain templates, documents and internal processes
- Support the wider team with day-to-day administrative task
Your attributes
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, fleet management, finance or the automotive industry will be highly regarded.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or a related discipline are desirable, but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with customers and stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work to deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team while also managing tasks independently.
- Intermediate proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
