Our customer service team is the central interface between our customers, the operational departments and our partner companies within the national and international transport network.

As a commercial employee (m/f/d) in Customer Service on the day shift, you will support our customers with all aspects of processing their shipments. You will monitor transport processes, handle customer inquiries, and assist in resolving any irregularities in the shipment process.

In this role, you will work closely with our dispatch department, the transshipment warehouse, and our system and network partners, making a significant contribution to reliable transport operations and high customer satisfaction.
