Responsibilities

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Handles tasks of divisional products, independently
  • Responsible for incoming sales orders delivered on time and according to specification
  • Provides full administration of the contracts, so other departments can build on this
  • Is capable of handling special assignments such as credit notes
  • Maintain functional contacts with supervisors, managers and other internal departments, with internal suppliers and customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with international back offices
  • Regularly updates in sales administration tools
  • Performs in accordance with the relevant Emerson procedures like ethics and trade compliance

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

  • At least 2-3 years relevant experience in Customer Administration
  • Administration degree (MBO-4 level) or equivalent level in related field
  • Advanced level of telephone and complaints handling skills
  • Computer Literate (MS Office, with excellent knowledge of Excel)
  • Familiar with Emerson divisions and products
  • Verbal and written communication skills fluent in Dutch and English
