Overview Customer Advisor Part Time - 12 hours per week Fixed Term Contract Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 7.00am - 10.00pm UK Notional hourly rate £12.98 per hour (Inclusive of an £0.27 per hour, store specific location allowance) B&Q Inverness We believe anyone can improve their home to make life better. What's the job? Join our team, and you’ll become an expert advisor. An inspiration as well as a guide. The person who gets to know every customer and their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, of course, as will things like managing stock, setting up displays, and making sure your store looks great. You’ll have the opportunity to be trained in paint-mixing and cutting timber, but truly great customer service will be your main aim. What we need: Happy to help, eager to learn and just a little bit obsessed with home improvement, you’ll be right at home with us. You’re friendly and outgoing, and you get a buzz from helping others. You’ll be happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. Responsibilities

As a Customer Advisor, you will assist customers with their home improvement projects, manage stock, set up displays, and ensure the store is visually appealing. Providing excellent customer service will be your primary focus.
