As a Customer Advisor your role will involve receiving inbound calls from candidates who are looking to join the British Army and responding to any enquiries regarding their application processes. Job title: Customer Advisor Job Description: Full-time, permanent role: working 37.50 hours per week. Hours of work follow a rota between 8.15am-7.00pm Monday to Friday and a rotated Saturday (approximately 1 in every 8). What you’ll be doing Answering calls from individuals looking to join the British Army Responding to online webchat enquiries Accurately updating the internal database Escalating any problems or issues that may occur Responding to candidate questions regarding various stages in the recruitment process Supporting team members as and when required What we’re looking for Essential Previous customer service skills - face to face or over the telephone Good IT skills using Microsoft Office Suite Adaptable to in house databases Comfortable working in a team environment as well as independently Active listening skills with the ability to type key information at the same time Must have the flexibility to work a shift pattern, between the hours of 8.15am-7pm Empathy and patience Desirable Familiarity with army careers, would be an advantage About Recruiting Partnering Project (RPP): At Capita Recruiting Partnering Project, we’re transforming the British Army’s recruitment service.
