What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You handle service calls and ensure that all questions and issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Not only do you focus on customer satisfaction, but you also play a key role in connecting customers with internal teams such as sales and technical support. Your responsibilities include: Handling incoming service calls and customer inquiries via mail; Providing excellent customer service and advice; Maintaining relationships with existing customers and contributing to customer satisfaction; Identifying commercial opportunities and capitalizing on them; Collaborating with other departments to provide the best possible support for customers; Using various software programs to manage customer data and streamline processes.
