Job Purpose As a Customer Advisor, you will answer mostly air-related questions from customers via phone, email and chat. These questions require you to update, change or cancel existing bookings. You will focus on delivering qualitative support that focuses on first contact resolution, while maintaining the required level of support cases handled per day (your productivity). Your Responsibility Provide excellent customer support via phone, email and chat channels. Processing changes and cancellations of existing bookings. Providing support on general inquiries such as online check-in, luggage, travel documents, etc. What you bring to the table Experience in Customer Service is preferred Previous experience as an Online Travel Agent is a plus You have the ability to quickly adapt to rapidly evolving and changing business priorities. You have excellent communication skills and the perseverance to find the right answers to your questions. You are computer savvy with the ability to navigate between multiple systems and web browsers, and have a great eye for details. Fluent written and spoken English is essential. You are available to work on weekends, bank holidays, and you possess a professional and friendly attitude towards customers and colleagues Experience in a multinational company and working with different cultures and/or countries is a plus.
