David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a German speaking Customer Advisor for their office in Athens, Greece. Position: Customer Advisor Location: Athens, Greece Work model: On-site Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage incoming and outgoing calls, chats, and emails in a timely and professional manner Deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience with a strong focus on satisfaction Build and maintain trusted relationships through open, clear, and interactive communication Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information using the appropriate tools and processes Achieve individual and team customer service targets, including call-handling KPIs Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and file documentation Adhere strictly to communication procedures, guidelines, and data protection policies when handling personal information. REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in German both verbal and written (C1 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2+ level Strong computer literacy and confidence using multiple systems Proven contact-handling skills with excellent active listening abilities Clear and professional written communication skills for email handling Customer-focused mindset with a strong understanding of sensitive data handling Excellent verbal communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
