POSITION SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION

The Customer Advisor position will provide superior customer service to our largest revenue producing Commercial/ Industrial, Governmental and National account customers. This role will provide a highly proactive level of customer service to enhance customer relationships and increase customer satisfaction. The role will be responsible for developing customer advocates through their relationships, as well as leveraging those relationships to implement company strategic business initiatives where appropriate. The Customer advisor should know their customer’s business at a strategic level and strive to become a trusted advisor in the customer’s eyes. Ideal candidate should have a strong bias for action, be able to communicate effectively at multiple levels of an organization, represent the FPL brand at external customer events; and be able adapt quickly to a consistently changing environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience:2+ years
