Our client is an internationally operating service provider in the field of customer management with many years of experience supporting renowned companies in the financial sector. To strengthen their team, we are looking for a dedicated individual to join them as soon as possible as:

CUSTOMER ADVISOR (M/F/D) IN BANKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

YOUR TASKS

• Receiving and processing incoming customer inquiries by telephone in German and English
• Documentation of customer conversations in the internal system
• Customer identification and verification according to internal guidelines
• Processing of debit cards, including (un)blocking, transaction information, and activation of payments and merchants.
• Setting up and managing digital banking services
• Monitoring and processing of (suspected) fraud cases and payment complaints
• Information on fees and conditions

YOUR PROFILE

• Fluent German skills
• Good written and spoken English skills, at least B2 level.
• Safe handling of PCs and common IT systems
• Willingness to work in shifts (24/7, including night and weekend shifts)
• Experience in customer service, sales, or call center is an advantage.

WHAT'S ON OFFER

• Hourly wage of €15.29, plus 25% night shift surcharge
• 24/7 shift operation (early, late and night shifts)
• Comprehensive training over 4–5 weeks (Mon–Fri, 8:00–16:30) in Dortmund

• Long-term, full-time project

This long-term position will initially be filled through a temporary staffing agency. Our client plans to hire the employee directly afterward.
