As a Customer Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, supporting them across email, phone, and digital platforms.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING – SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a product or manufacturing setting.
  • Strong communication skills – clear, professional, and customer-focused.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, order management tools, and general IT applications.
  • Organised, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset – ready to work cross-functionally and solve problems.
Responsibilities
  • Be the friendly, professional voice for customers across multiple channels.
  • Provide expert advice on our product range to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Accurately process sample orders, working closely with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (warehousing, supply chain) to track and manage orders.
  • Share insights to support excellent service and product knowledge.
