Your mission You are the main point of contact for our French customers and guide them throughout their entire case journey You communicate with airlines, external lawyers, and our partner law firms You assess incoming cases and support the initial legal evaluation You contribute your own ideas to improve and optimize our operational processes You support cross-functional projects and help further develop our services Your profile You have a strong interest in consumer protection and are eager to quickly dive into new and complex topics You have excellent communication skills and express yourself clearly and professionally You work independently, reliably, and take ownership of your tasks You are highly self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities effectively You are fluent in French (C2 level) and have very good English skills – German is a plus, but not required Why us?
