Summary of Responsibility: Trident SE - Haas Factory Outlet Florida is currently seeking a bold and detailed candidate to fill the position of Customer Advocate in our Tampa, FL Office. Trident SE is a division of the Morris Group, one of the largest Machine Tool Distributor in North America. What You Will Contribute: Manage order processing and updating the customer through the order process. Receive calls from customers, process orders, and provide answers to standard inquiries. Handle logistics and coordination for freight and rigging activities. Process Management (Oversights): Invoicing, check processing, vehicle/fleet management, maintaining data, scheduling/coordinating training programs and events Create and own the administrative process for opportunities with the sales team. Assist Sales Engineers in proposal generation; follow up as necessary File and release all necessary UCC1’s Possess and maintain a basic knowledge of machine tool industry and product lines represented by the company Oversite of Office Supplies and Functionality. Qualifications & Competencies: Proven experience in a customer facing role.
