Job Description About the Position We are looking for a Customer Analyst to join our team. This is a critical role that combines business analysis, daily support for our customers and process improvement. Key Responsibilities Report Analysis and Control Execution: Analyzing reports, identifying and flagging required actions, and executing them to streamline operations with our customers and service personnel. This includes performing various control processes. Key Account Support: Serving as a central point of contact for key customers, including for purchase orders, managing processes for building and renewing orders, submitting invoices and reports, and providing ongoing support. Report Generation: Creating and sharing operational and invoicing reports for big customers. Data Quality Improvement: Improving data quality, mapping, and reconciliation between different data sources. Development of Analytical Tools: Building reports and Dashboards to adapt required processes. Back Office Process Optimization: Mapping, building, and improving Back Office operational processes to enable growth and scale, using different tools to automate processes. Qualifications Mandatory Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or another relevant field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the field. Systems: Extensive knowledge of information systems and ERP systems. Analytical Tools: Extensive knowledge of Google Workspace tools; proficiency in Excel (including data models and scripting); and expertise in PowerBI, including building reports and dashboards from scratch. Process Improvement: Experience in process mapping, proposing improvements, and implementing them. IT characterization and Changes: Experience in writing IT process specifications and working with IT experts, managing changes, and testing. Structured Work Environment: Familiarity and proficiency with structured process environments and internal controls. Interpersonal Skills: High interpersonal ability.
