Customer & Administration Services Hastings Clinic | Full Time Vet Services Hawke's Bay is seeking an organised, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our Hastings Clinic team. As the first point of contact for our clients and patients, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day administration of our busy clinic. This position is ideally suited to someone with solid mid-level administration experience who enjoys working with people, managing competing priorities, and being part of a collaborative team. Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm Shared weekend roster (currently 1 in 6 weekends, 9:00am – 1:00pm), with a Day Off After Duty (DOAD) provided the following week. Key Responsibilities Managing appointments, phone calls, emails, and client enquiries Providing outstanding customer service to clients and their pets Supporting clinic operations through accurate administration, invoicing, and payment processing Assisting with retail sales, stock presentation, and client education Coordinating day-to-day activities to ensure the clinic runs efficiently What We're Looking For Previous experience in administration, reception, office coordination, or customer service Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Intermediate administration skills with confidence using the Microsoft 365 suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A positive, proactive, and team-focused approach Why Join Us?
