Customer and Partner Engagements (Australia & New Zealand): Develop and deliver a clear customer and partner engagement plan aligned to regional business priorities and leadership objectives. Plan, design and deliver engagement activities Prepare briefing materials and executive preparation Coordinate senior-leader visits and major customer events Manage communication before and after key meetings Develop account plans and relationship strategies for senior leaders Support opportunity development and account pipeline planning Build and maintain the operational processes that help account teams use these programs consistently and effectively across the business. 10+ years' experience in enterprise customer engagement, programme management, or strategic account management roles, preferably within the technology sector. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is advantageous. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders across a matrixed organisation. Exceptional communication and executive presence, with experience preparing and delivering briefings to C-suite stakeholders. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable engagement plans. Demonstrated success in managing escalations and sensitive customer situations with professionalism and sound judgement.
